I agree, give me fires and earthquakes over hurricanes and tornadoes any day.
Also, I'm making it mandatory that your evacuation playlist also include "Rock you like a Hurricane" by the Scorpions. From what I hear, it's become New Orleans' theme song.
Haha, awesome! I'm TOTALLY going to put together an evacuation playlist and always have it on my ipod... I figure if I have it, I won't need it, right? According to the Law of Murphy?

You could also play "When the Levee Breaks"... either the Zepplin version or APC cover.
